The "Holding a Heavy Box" Paradox

If you hold a heavy box stationary for 10 minutes, your arms will get tired, and you will feel like you did "work."
Physics says: No.

Since the displacement (distance moved) is zero, the Work done on the box is ZERO Joules. Physics only counts work when energy is successfully transferred to move an object.
